These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TestIQ (testiq.in), operated by RDA Softech Private Limited. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining your account security
One account per person; sharing login credentials is prohibited
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

2. Services & Delivery

TestIQ is a marketplace for purchasing mock test packages
Upon successful payment, mock test access is delivered to your registered email within 1 minute to 1 hour
Access is granted for the purchased duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
Delivery time may vary in rare cases due to technical issues; maximum delivery time is 24 hours
If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact support@testiq.in

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
We accept payments via PayUMoney, Razorpay, Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)
Prices may change without prior notice; purchased plans are honored at the paid price
Coupon codes are subject to terms mentioned at the time of offer

4. Subscription & Access

Subscriptions are non-transferable between users
Access is limited to the specific exam selected during purchase
Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually purchase again
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any exam/test series

5. Intellectual Property

All content including mock tests, questions, study materials, and website design is owned by RDA Softech Private Limited
You may not copy, distribute, sell, or share any purchased content
Screenshots, recordings, or any form of content reproduction is strictly prohibited
Violation may result in account termination without refund

6. Prohibited Activities

Sharing account credentials with others
Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the system
Posting fake reviews or misleading information
Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Advertisements

TestIQ displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and other networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Clicking on ads is at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

TestIQ provides mock tests for practice purposes only
We do NOT guarantee success in any examination
Exam patterns, dates, and information may change; always verify from official sources
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

9. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may also request account deletion at any time by emailing support@testiq.in.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
