Data Deletion Request

At TestIQ (operated by RDA Softech Private Limited), we respect your right to privacy and data control. You may request complete deletion of your personal data at any time.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account (name, email, mobile number, password)
• Order history and transaction records
• Reviews and ratings you submitted
• Wishlist and notification preferences
• All associated personal data from our systems

What We May Retain

As per legal requirements, we may retain:

• Anonymized transaction records for tax/accounting purposes (no personal identifiers)
• Data required by law enforcement if legally mandated

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@testiq.in
2. Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
3. Include: Your registered email address and full name
4. We will verify your identity before processing

Processing Time

• Identity verification: 1-2 business days
• Data deletion: Within 30 days of verified request
• Confirmation email sent upon completion

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and irreversible
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled without refund
• You will need to create a new account if you wish to use TestIQ again
