1. Delivery Guarantee

  • Mock test access is delivered within 1 minute to 1 hour of successful payment
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues
  • If you do not receive access within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@testiq.in with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include: Order number, registered email, reason for refund
  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days to reflect

5. Non-Refundable

  • Purchases made with promotional/coupon discounts (unless delivery failed)
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Accounts found sharing credentials or violating terms
