At TestIQ (operated by RDA Softech Private Limited), we strive for customer satisfaction. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.
1. Delivery Guarantee
- Mock test access is delivered within 1 minute to 1 hour of successful payment
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues
- If you do not receive access within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund
2. Refund Eligibility

| Account terminated for policy violation | No Refund |
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@testiq.in with subject "Refund Request"
- Include: Order number, registered email, reason for refund
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount is credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days to reflect
5. Non-Refundable
- Purchases made with promotional/coupon discounts (unless delivery failed)
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- Accounts found sharing credentials or violating terms
